Xiomara Moore was a Columbia Journalism School/Institute for Nonprofit News reporting fellow based in Austin. Raised in Delaware, she has written articles about education, agriculture, local businesses, and underrepresented communities for Delaware Public Media and Delaware State News. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Delaware and a master’s in journalism from Columbia University. She is proficient in Spanish and loves to travel.
