Search: County Population Estimates
The U.S. Census Bureau's latest county population estimates show that Texas is getting more racially and ethnically diverse. Texas minority population now exceeds 50 percent, as it does Hawaii, New Mexico, California and the District of Columbia. These are the last county estimates to use 2000 Census results as a base. The 2011 population estimates will be the first in the estimates series to be based on the 2010 Census population counts. Full Story
