Cathaleen Qiao Chen

Cathaleen Qiao Chen was a reporting fellow at The Texas Tribune in 2014, covering criminal justice and higher education, among other topics. A native of Xinjiang, China, she moved to the U.S. at age 8. She is a graduate of Northwestern, where she studied sociology, journalism and creative writing.
