As chair of the Senate Committee on Water, Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Charles Perry, R-Lubbock, has spent recent months trying to gather support for state action on water needs.
Join The Texas Tribune at 8 a.m. CT Thursday, Feb. 13, in Austin when Texas Tribune Editor-in-Chief Matthew Watkins sits down with Perry to discuss water infrastructure and other legislative priorities for 2025.
Doors open at 7:30 a.m. at the Tribune’s Studio 919, 919 Congress Ave., Sixth Floor, in Austin, and the hourlong conversation will begin at 8 a.m. Parking will not be provided. Street and garage parking as well as ride-sharing are recommended.
