Julián Castro threatens to drop out if he doesn't raise $800,000 by end of month

The Democratic presidential candidate is following in the footsteps of rival Cory Booker, who threatened — successfully — to abandon his campaign last month if he did not raise a certain amount of money in a short period of time.
