Beto O'Rourke's proposed election reforms seek to simplify voting registration, get big money out of politics

The Democratic presidential candidate released his fifth policy proposal, which calls for term limits on federal lawmakers and Supreme Court justices. It also aims to encourage small-dollar political donations.

Texas 2020 Elections
