LA schools to remain safe zones for illegal immigrants
In direct response to the election of Donald Trump, the Los Angeles Board of Education voted last week to approve a resolution reaffirming the school district’s current policy, which directs school staff not to allow federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents onto school campuses unless their visit has been approved by the superintendent and the district’s lawyers.
