Rick Perry returns to "Dancing with the Stars"
Former Gov. Rick Perry, fresh off a meeting with President-elect Donald Trump, returned Tuesday to "Dancing with the Stars" for its season finale.
Perry, who was eliminated from the ABC show in September, came back to join rapper Vanilla Ice for his hit song "Ice Ice Baby" — first as a DJ, then as a fellow dancer. Perry and Vanilla Ice, a fellow Texan, have a history on the show: The two faced on another in the elimination round that sent Perry packing.
Perry's appearance on the season finale came a day after he huddled with Trump in New York, where the incoming president has been weighing potential appointments to his administration. Perry, Trump's former primary rival, is said to be under consideration for a number of Cabinet positions.
