IB Classes Help Low-Income Students Graduate
Data released by the International Baccalaureate, or IB, foundation show that the program of college-level coursework not only contributes to an increase in graduation rates, but also in college-going and college persistency rates in low-income students. But the success of such exposure only reaches about one-third of low-income students at schools where IB courses are offered. (The Hechinger Report)
