Charter School PAC Spent $3.3 Million to Seat Candidates
The California Charter Schools Association, via its affiliated political action committee, not only poured $3.3 million into statewide elections, but nearly $500,000 into the Sacramento County Office of Education board race. The funding managed to seat 13 out of 15 PAC-supported, pro-charter school candidates. (Sacramento Bee)
