Syrian Refugee Recounts Rigorous Screening Process

The arrival of Syrian refugees in this country is less a flood than a trickle. Some 4.2 million Syrians have been displaced by the civil war; the United States has taken in a bit more than 2,200 of them. Just 24 families have been resettled in North Texas. Abdulrahman Zetoun’s family is one of them.
