More Than Half of ACA-Backed Health Care Co-Ops Failed
Failure of more than half of the nonprofit health insurers launched under the Affordable Care Act is fueling new concerns on Capitol Hill. At a recent Congressional hearing, opponents said the failures showed the ACA was bad policy.
