Evolving Policies Redefine Education for ‘Gifted’ Students
Recent scholarship estimates that approximately 3 million K-12 students could be considered academically gifted and talented, although the definition of students who qualifies varies drastically. Standards for teaching gifted students vary state to state, but experts point to a general shift in ideology.
