Certain Foods Fight Inflammation Common to Diseases
Chronic inflammation prompted by a variety of illnesses stems from many factors, and not all can be controlled. But eating certain foods could help patients exert some control over inflammation symptoms. Illnesses sensitive to chronic inflammation include stroke, cancer, obesity, Alzheimer's, heart disease, arthritis and depression. (Huffington Post)
