International STEM Rankings Show U.S. Far From Top
A new report by the Pew Research Center measured and compared perceptions of science and society in the U.S. The study captured an alignment between how Americans rate their nation’s K-12 achievement in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, also called STEM, and actual performance data. While the numbers show slow improvements, the U.S. continues to trail a long list of other industrialized countries. (Pew Research)
