Good news for the future of Texas primary education — four of the top 10 spots in the recently released National Council for Teacher Quality rankings were captured by Texas universities, including the University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University.

Good news for the future of Texas primary education — four of the top 10 spots in the recently released National Council for Teacher Quality rankings were captured by Texas universities, including the University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University.
