Schools Still Grappling With Demographic Shifts
As Texas’ Hispanic population continues to grow, experts are urging expansion of resources and staff to ensure the state remains competitive in the future. Although the advice is a tall order in the face of steep budget cuts, schools will have to learn to do more with less to be sure Texas provides stellar education to its diverse population. (NPR)
