Texas Farm Bureau Endorses Slate of Candidates

The Texas Farm Bureau, one of the most powerful agricultural lobbying organizations in the state, has endorsed a slate of candidates for statewide office, including Uvalde Mayor J Allen Carnes for Agriculture Commissioner.
Coming from a larger insurer in the state that boasts over 400,000 members, the endorsements are sure to be coveted. They also include:
- David Dewhurst, Lieutenant Governor
- Dan Branch, Attorney General
- Glenn Hegar, Texas Comptroller
- Malachi Boyuls, Texas Railroad Commissioner
