Project Explores State of the Gulf of Mexico

David Yoskowitz of the Harte Research Institute has announced the publication of a yearlong study that explored the ecological challenges facing the U.S., Mexico, Cuba and the Gulf of Mexico.

David Yoskowitz of the Harte Research Institute has announced the publication of "Gulf 360: State of the Gulf of Mexico," the result of a yearlong project that explored the ecological challenges facing the U.S., Mexico, Cuba and the Gulf of Mexico. "Ecosystems don't respond to artificial boundaries, and when we manage them differently we can get perverse outcomes," Yoskowitz said.
