The most observant Trib fans may have already noticed: There are some small-to-the-eye but big-for-the-site changes to how we organize news and information.
The most obvious difference? We’re now sorting the content on our site by subject area. Click on “Sections,” the new tab in the navigation bar, to get a drop-down menu of our coverage areas, from the economy to transportation. Scroll through them for a quick look at top stories, sub-sections and featured data and video, or click on a section heading to go to homepage-style landing pages for each of the subjects we cover.
These section landing pages pull together the best of our coverage on the topics you’re most interested in, whether it’s the Legislature or state elections. They also provide an easy entrée to our new and improved Tribpedia — a comprehensive, easily searchable encyclopedia of key Texas issues, institutions and individuals.
As always, feel free to send us your thoughts and ideas.
