Speaking at a Williamson County Republican Party dinner Monday night, Gov. Rick Perry makes his first public appearance since pulling out of the presidential race.

At his first public appearance since pulling out of the presidential race on Jan. 19, Gov. Rick Perry on Monday vowed to keep fighting for the conservative ideals he championed on the campaign trail. He told the crowd at a fundraiser for the Republican Party of Williamson County, "I've got plenty of fight left in this old 61-year-old body.”
