Ads Infinitum: Chet Edwards' "Side"
U.S. Rep. Chet Edwards, D-Waco, lays out his closing argument in his latest ad against Republican challenger Bill Flores. The spot revisits all of the incumbent's attacks against Flores from the past seven months — his alleged plan to privatize Social Security and veterans' health care, his supposed desire to kill the U.S. Department of Education and his meddling in the Baylor Big 12 fight. It concludes: "If Bill Flores wins, we all lose." The commercial starts running in Waco today.
