U.S. Rep. Randy Neugebauer, R-Lubbock, produced an upbeat video mea culpa after he admitted to yelling "baby killer" on the floor of the U.S. House Sunday night. With his wife at his side, the congressman explains his outburst.

"I will continue to speak with the same passion as I spoke last night ... maybe in a little different form," Neugebauer says.

As an added bonus, this video teaches us all how to correctly pronounce Neugebauer.
