Ads Infinitum: Perry's "Bailout"
Just before the first GOP primary debate, Gov. Rick Perry's campaign released a new ad.
Titled "Bailout," the spot criticizing U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison's vote in favor of "the $700 billion Wall Street Bailout."
“Rick Perry’s election-year hypocrisy knows no bounds," responded Hutchison spokesman Joe Pounder, citing a letter Perry wrote encouraging Congress to pass the bailout. "Texans know that Rick Perry was for the bailout before he was against it."
