2010: Dick Cheney in Houston Next Week

Former VP Dick Cheney is coming back to Texas. He'll be at a Houston fundraiser for gubernatorial hopeful Kay Bailey Hutchison.

Former Vice President Dick Cheney is returning to Texas next Tuesday for a KBH fundraiser in an undisclosed location. (Just kidding, it's actually at the Houston home of Kim and Dan Tutcher.)

Cost to attend the reception runs from $500 to $5,000. A $5,000 donation gets you into the VIP reception and in a photo with Cheney.

In the matchup between Hutchison and incumbent Governor Rick Perry, each has the backing of a big name Republican. Cheney endorsed Hutchison, but Perry has the backing of former VP nominee Sarah Palin.
