Expect some heavy traffic in Highland Park next Thursday afternoon. Former President George W. Bush and former First Lady Laura Bush will speak at the home of his presidential library, Southern Methodist University.

The Bushes are expected to outline their involvement with public policy institute that will be part of the Bush presidential library complex. It's the first policy institute to be part of a presidential library.
